Exercise Physiologist
Lisa understands that living with chronic pain can be challenging, and that the path to recovery looks different for everyone. She works with kindness, compassion, and a team-based approach to help you find strategies that improve your health, movement, and quality of life.
She holds a Bachelor of Exercise Science (Griffith University) and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Southern Cross University) and is a certified Clinical Pilates practitioner and accredited GLA:D (Good Life with Osteoarthritis Denmark) clinician.
Lisa has a special interest in women’s health and pelvic pain and is continuing her studies with the Institute of Pelvic Health (USA). She also brings extensive experience in supporting people with musculoskeletal injuries (including WorkCover), neurological conditions, chronic disease, and cardiac rehabilitation.
Exercise Physiologist
Vidur Joshi is an Exercise Physiologist with over 12 years of experience in clinical rehabilitation, injury prevention, and chronic health management. He holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy and a Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology, bringing a strong multidisciplinary foundation to his practice.
Throughout his career, Vidur has developed broad expertise working with clients across musculoskeletal, cardiometabolic, and neurological rehabilitation, supporting those living with a wide range of chronic health conditions. He is experienced in delivering services under WorkCover QLD, insurance referrals, Medicare, NDIS, and DVA, and has specialist skills in clinical functional and ergonomic assessments, pre-employment screening, and drug and alcohol testing.
Known for his attention to detail and client-centred approach, Vidur takes pride in finding the right solution for each individual. He looks forward to working with you.
